Dr. Gokhale Celebrates India’s 80th Independence Day at Kamalapuri Colony

Dr. Alla Gopala Krishna Gokhale, President of the Kamalapuri Colony Welfare Association, expressed his happiness in celebrating India’s 80th Independence Day with the residents of Kamalapuri Colony on 15 August 2026.

The Independence Day celebrations brought together colony residents, families, and community members to honour the nation and celebrate the spirit of unity, freedom, and patriotism. The event featured a flag-hoisting ceremony, with the Indian National Flag being unfurled amid patriotic celebrations.

Sri S. Venkat Reddy, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Banjara Hills Division, attended the event as the Chief Guest. Police officials and residents joined the celebration, making the occasion a memorable gathering for the entire community.
